  • Rates are based on United States Dollars.
  • Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. The rate for up to
    two additional guests is $25 per person.
  • Rates are subject to 6% Florida Sales Tax and a 5% Tourist Tax.
  • Rates do not include $250 Refundable Security Deposit.
  • Rates do not include a $100 departure cleaning fee.
  • There is a $35 fee to replace lost keys.

    under the age of 25 without a legal guardian.
